Morgan Ashurst constructed a new Strategic Technologies centre for client, GlaxoSmithKline. The facility consists of three floors including laboratories and associated write-up areas

To meet the client’s requirement for a flexible facility to accommodate anticipated developments in scientific technology and working practices, the design adopted an open-plan approach with common servicing strategies. Clear visibility has been included within the layout to promote better interaction and safety.
