RNCB Venns Lane Development

Morgan Ashurst constructed a three-storey student accommodation, sports and complementary therapy centre, including new car parks, pavements and landscaping, designed specifically to accommodate the needs of partially-sighted students.

The project embraced the specialist requirements of the students, with particular attention to safety, health and the environment.

Regular communication with the College was essential to advise of any changes to the campus layout which may affect the students ability to navigate.  All activities were well planned with College and student engagement at every stage of the construction programme.
